Calogero and Emanuel Mannino were born and raised in Palermo, Sicily — their roots trace back to the small town of Torreta, in the province of Palermo. Growing up surrounded by the rich food traditions of Sicily, Calogero always dreamed of bringing those flavors to the USA and opening his own pizzeria restaurant. That dream became Pezzi Pizza. Ever wonder where the name comes from? "Pezzi" means "piece of pizza" in Sicilian — a simple, heartfelt nod to the food he grew up loving. Today, every slice served is a piece of that dream come true.
